It needed a bit more TLC than I was capable of giving it. It is a double neck E9/C6 guitar with 8 pedals and 4 knee levers. The guitar is electronically in good shape. The E9 neck is working, all the mechanics are attached and it is a nice sounding unit. The C6 is not completely mechanically hooked up.
I can't tell you what year it was made. I'm pretty sure they were produced in Tennessee by a guy named Clyde Mattocks.
He actually sent me a couple of parts when I was working on the E9 neck. I know you could get a lot more info on the steelguitarforum. This is a project guitar, not something that you can just pull out of the box and start gigging (though you could with the E9 neck).
I think the price is fair but negotiable. This is a lot of guitar for someone who can work on them or is willing to learn how. I knew nothing and figured out the E9 neck so it can be done. I'd do it myself but I picked up a nice old MSA that is ready to go. Don't have the time for it now.The case has been around the block a few times but is still functional.
