Izzy Plus has the internal trim pot, which provides up to 24dB of gain. These were designed for pedal steel guitar, and have a pleasant treble boost.

When the original Lil Izzy preamp without the internal trim pot was reissued, the Izzy Plus was never again reissued. The only ones available are the vintage ones. Excelllent low use with minimal signs of use.
