Up for sale is a terrific compact 6 watt vacuum tube amp by VHT... This offering from VHT might have been manufactured not so long ago, but it is very simple in its design: a s. Ingle ended master volume amp. The grind starts to come out as you turn up the master volume.

Where if you're plugged in to the high gain input, you can get a nice, pleasing, full blown overdrive with the volume turned up fairly high and/or all the way dimed! OR, put it through the high input and turn the Special 6 up about halfway, depending on how hot your pickups are. Need an overdrive pedal to easily switch from clean to dirty and back?

Unless you really feel like you need one... Because like a good valve amp, even with the gain/volume turned up on the amp and with the tubes cookin' and grindin', you can easily clean up your signal with a counter-clockwise twist of your guitar's volume knob! If that wasn't enough, this "special" amp also has a "pull boost" function so you can not only get a boost in volume, but also a gain boost depending on where you have your volume knob set!
